He has appraised over 10,000 properties and holds the designation of Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). This title identifies him as one who has acquired and mastered extensive knowledge of the principles and practices of relocation. Other designations he has held are Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) and Member, Relocation Appraisers Consultants (RAC). He has BBA (Baylor University) and MBA (Texas A&M) degrees, concentrating on marketing and economics.
